Background: Adrenocortical carcinomas (ACC) are rare malignant tumours, with a quoted incidence of 0.7–2.0 cases/million habitants/year, with ectopic ACC being exceptionally rate. Diagnosis is based on clinical and biological assessment supplemented by imaging.
